Community Guidelines
1. Introduction
Effective Date: 25/12/25
To keep things respectful and inclusive for everyone, we’ve created a few ground rules. These Community Guidelines explain what we expect from you, what we don’t allow, and what you should do if you see something that goes against these guidelines.
Please read them carefully. By using our Services, you agree to follow them. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, permanent bans, or in some cases, we might escalate the matter to the appropriate authorities.
2. What’s Not Allowed
Below are the kinds of content and behaviours that go against our values and are not allowed on the platform. Please use common sense and be kind.
2.1 Sexual Content
We do not allow sexually explicit content, pornography, or nudity meant to arouse.
There is absolutely zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation in any form, including images, grooming behaviour, or inappropriate contact with minors. We also strictly prohibit sharing private or intimate images of others without their consent, and we do not tolerate sexual harassment in any form.
2.2 Violent Content
Graphic violence, serious injury, or imagery that glorifies harm has no place here. We also don’t allow content that encourages or celebrates violence, even if it’s staged or exaggerated. Let’s keep this space free from disturbing, harmful, or aggressive content, Real or simulated.
2.3 Self-Harm Content
It is not allowed content that promotes, glorifies, or encourages self-harm, eating disorders, suicide, among others.
We understand people sometimes share personal struggles as a way of reaching out. We support that when it’s done safely and with care. But we draw a clear line when content could be triggering, harmful, or seen as encouraging dangerous behaviour. If you or someone you know is struggling, please seek help from professionals or dedicated support organisations.
2.4 Threatening and Hateful Content
Similarly, we do not allow hate speech, threats, slurs, or attacks based on race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, or any other protected trait. Promoting or glorifying hate groups and ideologies is also not welcome here. Whether is direct or implied, for a user of the app or not, these behaviors have no space here!
2.5 Bullying
Bullying is harmful and prohibited. That includes repeatedly targeting someone with insults, harassment, or efforts to shame or humiliate them. Even if it’s “just a joke,” if it makes someone feel unsafe or singled out, it crosses the line.
2.6 Fake News and Misinformation
Knowingly spreading false information, especially when it relates to public health, safety, or elections, is not allowed. That includes conspiracy theories, manipulated media, and attempts to impersonate legitimate news or public figures.
When in doubt, verify before you post. Misinformation can have serious real-world consequences.
2.7 Intellectual Property Violation
Only share content you own or have permission to use. This applies to music, videos, artwork, written material, and more. Using someone else’s content without the right to do so, even if it’s widely available online, is a violation.
2.8 Non-Public Personal Information
Don’t share someone else’s private information without their permission. That includes addresses, phone numbers, government IDs, personal documents, or financial data.
Whether it’s a stranger or your ex, sharing private information without consent is strictly forbidden.
2.9 Impersonation
Be yourself. It is not allowed pretending to be someone else. This includes using their name, image, or personal details to mislead others.
2.10 Illegal or Regulated Activities
Don’t use our Services to promote or sell illegal or heavily regulated products or services. That includes drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, unlicensed gambling, and age-restricted products like alcohol or tobacco.
We cooperate with authorities when required, and we reserve the right to act on any suspicious or harmful behaviour.
3. Report
If you see something that goes against these Guidelines, please report it. You can do this directly through the app by tapping the "Report" button in someone’s account. You can also contact us through Report Issue.
All reports are anonymous. The person you report won’t be told who flagged the content.
When we receive a report, our moderation team reviews it as quickly as possible. If we find any violation, we will remove the content, suspend the account or even ban it. In serious cases, we may also escalate the matter to the appropriate authorities.
We won’t always be able to share the outcome with you, due to privacy reasons, but please know your report matters and helps keep this community safe.
4. Have been Reported?
If you consider a decision taken against you is unfair, you have the opportunity to contest it by writing to us via Contact Us.
